Phil McDomick

Associate Minister Phil McDomick
Minister McDomick is a native of St. Helena Island, South Carolina, and a graduate of Beaufort High School (Class of 1985). His distinguished career encompasses significant service in both the military and public sectors. He served with distinction in the U.S. Marine Corps from November 1986 to August 2001, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. Concurrently, he pursued his academic goals, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Charleston Southern University in 1990 and an MBA from Webster University in 2003.
Following his Marine Corps service, Minister McDomick joined the U.S. Army National Guard in 2003, where he currently serves as a Major. His commitment to national service includes three overseas deployments. He is also nearing completion of a Doctor of Ministry degree from South University.
Minister McDomick’s dedication extends to community service. He was ordained a deacon at Brick Baptist Church in 1995, serving for 22 years before being licensed as a minister in 2017. He also held positions as both an educator and a law enforcement officer, retiring from both roles. Currently, he is the co-owner of Proactive Security Professionals, Inc.
Minister McDomick married Argeana McDomick in 1995. They are the proud parents of four children and six grandchildren.
